Job Description
The Opportunity
The HR Systems Analyst plays a critical role in driving the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of HR systems. This position combines technical expertise with business insight to optimise system functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure data integrity.
By partnering closely with HR stakeholders, the Analyst identifies evolving business needs and translates them into effective system solutions, ensuring the organisation maximises the value of its HR technology investment.
Key responsibilities:
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and operate independently while delivering outcomes.
Experience working with HCM systems, ideally in a Level 2 support environment.
Workday experience, including strong knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent modules, with hands-on experience in Functional configuration, EIB, and system.
