The Core Platform Team within E&E (Evergreen & Emerging Brands) builds and maintains the foundational services, tools, and systems that power multiple across some of the most iconic and innovative brands in the dating industry-including Match, Meetic, BLK, OkCupid, Upward, Yuzu, and more. We design scalable, reliable, and secure backend platforms that enable product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences efficiently and consistently.
As a Senior Software Engineer II, you’ll take ownership of key platform systems, lead technical delivery for major initiatives, and collaborate with brand teams to drive scalability and performance across the Match ecosystem.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office three days a week.
