1. APAC Business Partnering & Commercial Finance (Primary Focus)

  • Act as an independent finance partner and trusted advisor to the APAC commercial leadership.
  • Develop and maintain standard management reporting (KPIs, dashboards) and perform in-depth analysis to illuminate business performance and trends.
  • Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and new initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate distributor/partner performance using defined KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Lead the financial aspects of the APAC annual operating plan (AOP), strategic planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and monthly forecasting cycles.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic analysis and cross-functional projects.

2. Hong Kong Entity Controllership & Compliance

  • Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the Hong Kong entity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting for the entity.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, tax filings, and statutory audits for Hong Kong.
  • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Lead the follow-up and resolution of internal audit findings related to the Hong Kong entity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or commercial finance, preferably within a multinational organization. APAC regional experience is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle accounting and financial controllership, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge commercial and finance teams.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
