Position: IT Support & Administrative Assistant - Product Science & Technology

Job Purpose
The role provides end‑to‑end digital platform support alongside administrative and coordination support for the PS&T (Product Science & Technology) organization.
This role ensures:
- Continuity and sustainability of PS&T SharePoint sites and Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Reliable administrative, documentation, and coordination support for PS&T teams, particularly within the APAC region
The incumbent will work closely with PS&T leadership, technical stakeholders, and regional teams, combining hands‑on IT support with structured administrative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
A. PS&T IT Support & Digital Platform Ownership (Core)
- Manage, maintain, and optimize PS&T SharePoint Online sites, including:
- Site structure, permissions, document libraries, lists, and workflows
- Content organization and lifecycle management
- Provide ongoing support for Power Apps:
- Maintain and enhance existing applications
- Troubleshoot functional and performance issues
- Implement minor enhancements based on business needs
- Support and maintain Power Automate flows:
- Monitor flow health and resolve failures
- Update logic and connectors as required
- Improve reliability and efficiency of automations
- Act as the primary technical owner for PS&T digital tools previously developed and supported by other colleague
- Maintain documentation for SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and best practices for Power Platform usage
B. Administrative & Operational Support Responsibilities
Under the guidance of PS&T and APAC leadership, the incumbent will also provide administrative assistant support, including:
- Manage and maintain technical and operational documentation within SharePoint and PS&T databases
- Upload, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and records accurately and on time
- Act as the focal point for coordination with:
- External vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Internal PS&T stakeholders across regions
- Coordinate and track preventive maintenance activities and related documentation to support team effectiveness
- Maintain SharePoint folders and documentation for continuous improvement initiatives
- Support PS&T teams with:
- Coordination of research sample shipments
- Team meetings, workshops, and events
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to PS&T leadership as required
- Assist PS&T teams in managing and updating internal databases and filing reports properly
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Proven experience supporting existing production systems
- Excellent organizational and documentation management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a global environment
- Background or exposure to data analytics, data engineering, or data science
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience in technical, laboratory, packaging, or R&D environments
- Prior experience working with APAC or global teams
- Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented
- Adaptable and comfortable working across diverse activities
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Clear communicator with the ability to document and share information effectively
