We are seeking a skilled Labware Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Labware applications. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining Labware systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Labware applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Efficiently receive and manage incoming cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of reported issues.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, providing effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and security of Labware applications.
Create and maintain documentation for Labware applications, including user guides and technical manuals.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or a related field.
Strong knowledge of LIMS software or related technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Familiarity with database management and SQL
