HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥
• Participate in large global programs which help High-Tech Clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for Growth & High Performance.
• Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects.
❗️ Qualifications:
· 5 to 10 years of work experience and at least 2-4 years of experience in CMT industry (High-Tech, Comms & Media or Software & Platforms Sub-Industries) (Mandatory)
· Experience in projects related with Digital Transformation Management
· Experience in process design, mapping and improvement
· Experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
· Experience in Business Cases and VRO (Value Realization Office)
· Experience in Project Management (Waterfall and Agile)
· Experience in Procurement Solutions (Source-To-Pay process, Supplier Contract, Renegotiations, SAP ERP input).
· Exposure to Agile & Scrum Methodology
· Advanced Excel level
· English Advanced (Mandatory)
· Completed degree studies (Mandatory)
· Postgraduate studies on related fields or MBA (Desirable)
· High degree of comfort using tools such as Jira
· Knowledge and experience on visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
· Experience in Change Management (Desirable)
· Experience in Management Consulting (Desirable)
