Lead day-to-day management of the technical work on the Region 7 Training Hub planning grant, collaborating with university leaders in business, workforce and technology.
Develop and maintain project workplans, timelines, deliverables, and reporting cycles in conjunction with the Grant Project Coordinator- Ensure alignment with regional workforce priorities.
Take responsibility for the initial project plan, continuing efforts, and the final business plan delivered to the Region 7 board
Serve as primary point of contact for Region 7 partners, including state and local workforce organizations, community colleges, universities, training providers, employers, nonprofits, and government.
Assist in organizing advisory board meetings, focus groups, and sector working groups.
Build relationships supporting long-term hub participation and sustainability.
Support regional workforce and labor market analysis
Work with the Data Analyst, to coordinate surveys, interviews, and data collection.
Work with Project Director to ensure compliance with IRB requirements for human subject research
Coordinate the findings into reports, deliverables, and presentations.
Assist in designing the Training Hub structure (governance, training pathways, curriculum, support services).
Develop a sustainability plan for post-grant operations, assuming Region 7 will fund the setup and early running of the hub (say 2 years).
Manage project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Support coordination of partners and subject matter experts
Contribute to future funding proposals
