About This Role
As the Global S&OP & Long-Term Planning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Biogen connects commercial strategy, supply chain planning, financial priorities, and long-term business growth. As part of the Global Supply Chain Planning Operations team, you will lead the continued evolution of S&OP and Long-Term Planning, driving greater maturity toward enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
This is a highly visible, global leadership role where you will work closely with Business Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and senior leadership to enable better decisions around capacity, investment, cost, cash, service and growth.
As the global process owner, you will have the opportunity to shape governance, influence how the organization plans, and drive meaningful transformation across regions and functions. Through standardization, simplification and data-driven decision-making, you will help build the planning capabilities needed to support Biogen’s future growth and Vision 2030.
