Summary:

This position is responsible for identifying, investigating, resolving and developing processes, procedures and associated documentation relative to how identity and access to systems is managed along with addressing privacy, confidentiality and standards administration. Conducts risk remediation and security systems access analysis against policies, and procedures in order to control user access to critical information within the Memorial Health System.

Responsibilities:

Investigates potential systems access incidents and engages process partners as required.Provides input into tactical security initiatives and assists with maintaining Information Security system access policies and standards.Performs account creation, modification, and deletion based on end user requests for more complex requests.Works with Service Management team to maintain and improve provisioning and de-provisioning workflows supporting on-boarding, and off-boarding processes.Participates in internal and external audit activities in order to maintain documentation for future audits related to systems access.Assesses and resolves user access problems related to security controls to minimize business impact and risk exposure.Generates reports as requested, including writing preliminary specifications for system access modifications.Analyzes performance of IAM applications and takes action to correct deficiencies.May design, build, test, debug and install application systems.Executes workflows to establish, maintain, and optimize role based access. Identifies and removes expired, orphaned, or duplicate accounts by monitoring account activity and changes.Assists with implementation of counter-measures or mitigating controls, including training and testing of existing systems.
