• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse data collected from production processes, identify trends, and generate reports to assess quality performance and process efficiency.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC): Apply SPC methods to monitor and control manufacturing processes, ensuring that the process remains stable and that product specifications are met.
• Root Cause Analysis: Use statistical tools to identify the root causes of process variations, defects, and other issues in semiconductor manufacturing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Design of Experiments (DOE): Plan and execute experiments to identify process variables that affect product quality and improve manufacturing yield.
• Process Optimization: Recommend process improvements based on statistical analysis to optimize performance, reduce variability, and improve yield rates in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Support the quality team by providing statistical analysis to validate the effectiveness of quality control measures and ensure product quality consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, operators, and quality control teams to ensure that statistical analysis is aligned with production goals and timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of statistical analysis, experiments, and results, and ensure that all processes comply with industry standards and internal quality regulations.
• Teach and coach employees on statistical tools and techniques such as data analysis, statistical software usage, and understanding data, especially in relation to quality control and process improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills in statistical methods and quality control.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees to develop their ability to apply statistical techniques in process improvements and business outcomes.
• Stay updated on new knowledge and trends in statistics and quality control to continually enhance analytical and process improvement capabilities.
• Support company-wide programs such as 5S, Safety, Environmental initiatives and others.
• Other task as assigned.
