As a RTR Senior Analyst - Product Costing, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

Here you will make an impact by:

• Executing and analyzing daily SAP Product Costing processes for items identified as ready to cost, ensuring costing accuracy to activate materials in SAP.

• Executing and analyzing monthly and annual SAP Product Costing processes for existing materials.

• Handling complex tickets related to the Product Costing process and coordinating ticket workflows.

• Resolving costing errors through the KF process.

• Cooperating with the manufacturing side to ensure the correctness of costing for manufactured materials; and the Process Owner and Global Process Leader on process-related topics.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Level Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent education.

• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or Master Data Management, preferred experience working within a Service Center environment.

• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP.

• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay high attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
