We are seeking a detail-oriented LeanIX Operations Analyst to join our Enterprise Architecture team. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our LeanIX-based STAMP platform. The successful candidate will manage operational procedures, ensure data synchronization across systems, and perform data quality checks to support governance and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Synchronization Management

• Monitor and maintain integrations between LeanIX and connected systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Netskope, SAP).
• Validate execution of automated interfaces and troubleshoot synchronization issues.
• Perform manual imports when required (e.g., Business Products, Data Objects).

Data Quality Assurance

• Execute weekly and monthly data quality checks based on predefined KPIs (FactSheet completeness, mandatory attributes, subscriptions, quality seals).
• Ensure compliance with governance standards for FactSheets (Applications, IT Components, Interfaces, Objectives, Initiatives).
• Manage quality seal approvals and renewal intervals for FactSheets where STAMP is the source of truth.

Operational Procedures Execution

• Support environment refreshes (Dev/Sandbox) and backups according to defined schedules.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in LeanIX and Power BI for stakeholders.
• Assist with user management tasks (access reviews, role changes, onboarding/offboarding).

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve data governance.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to ensure accurate and timely updates in LeanIX.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, data management, or enterprise architecture tools.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture / SAP LeanIX / Reporting
• Understanding of data governance principles and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, or Netskope integrations.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, PowerBI and OData for data extraction and reporting.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes.
