Job Summary

The Finance Trainee will support the Finance Department in various financial operations, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
* Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
* Participate in financial analysis activities, such as variance analysis and cost control initiatives.
* Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
* Learn and apply internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
* Support ad-hoc financial projects and administrative tasks as required.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
