What will you do?

• Work closely with global teams to align IT initiatives with business needs and standards
• Monitor the IT budget and resources to ensure cost-effective service delivery
• Act as the main contact for user inquiries and service requests, coordinating support with IT teams and vendors, while collaborating with business and technical teams on requirements, timelines, and change requests.
• Identify project risks, track necessary actions and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new technologies and improve process to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate and support on IT Audit & all compliance activities 
   

What a successful candidate looks like?

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management from multi-national companies or a related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with key business users
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting and resources planning
• Good team player, energetic and proactive
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices
