Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our Global Business Services team in Colombia.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the post-sales customer lifecycle with enterprise segment accounts, ensuring customer loyalty and maximum product utilization.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Support and manage the post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise segment accounts to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Account Retention and Growth: Track customer performance to keep clients engaged, facilitating up-selling, cross-selling, and handling renewals.

  • Customer Onboarding and Training: Facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process and train customers to optimize their activities using our products.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Call Center roles, with a focus on retention, commercial negotiation, or collections.

  • Internal candidates must have at least 6 months in their current position.

  • Strong knowledge of intermediate Microsoft Excel.

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) in conversation, reading, and writing.

  • Academic High School Diploma (Bachiller académico).

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with excellent written communication and a genuine passion for customer service.

  • Shifts: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
