As the Allocation Analyst and Outlet Lead, you are an integral part of the DTC business, responsible for NA outlet allocation planning, inventory management, sales creation/tracking and forecasting for this channel of the company’s off-price business. You are also a key contributor to the greater NA DTC team helping to orchestrate fulfillment efforts with responsibility for the exposure planning and reporting of the NA Distributed Order Management (DOM) system.

This is a key and dynamic role for North America DTC and in this role, you will be able to directly impact our pursuit to Save Our Home Planet by using data to drive business decisions to meet stakeholder needs, to factor the right product to the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Do

  • Build outlet off price strategies to hit sales targets while also maximizing margins and optimizing stock to sales ratios
  • Plan and execute weekly distribution flows to outlet stores based on current inventory/in transit and sales trends aligned to meet/exceed weekly/monthly/annual financial targets
  • Maintain ongoing cross-functional partnerships with the merchandise/planning teams aiding in company allocation strategies that support DTC financial objectives
  • Work closely with the warehouse logistics, retail operations and accounting teams to align efforts and communication to drive operational efficiency and minimize costs
  • Manage reporting for NA retail allocations – Including dept KPI’s such as In-stock and Stockout
  • Align and execute discounts in the ERP system across the DTC channels
  • Maintain clear DTC rule creation and orchestration for DOM exposure tracking, prioritizing ship complete in-region while work to minimizing out of stock scenarios  
  • Aid in addressing needed error corrections for system transfer orders and pricing discrepancies

Experience You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably for a retail company
  • Experience in buying/merchandising, allocation and or item planning
  • Aptitude to evaluate financial acumen and translate information into actionable recommendations
  • BA/BS or equivalent additional work experience preferred
  • Able to deliver strong and thorough presentations, identifying business issues and proposing solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel experience) and possess aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
  • Experience in ERP, system replenishment and forecasting systems
  • Experience in report creation in Tableau and/or Power BI

Hiring range: $87,000 - $97,000

Pay range: $72,000 - $108,000
