The Opportunity
"We're seeking a Director of Product Management - AI Agent Solutions to lead the strategic agentification of the FICO Platform, translating cutting-edge generative AI capabilities into intelligent autonomous agents that transform how financial institutions operate and deliver value. What You’ll Contribute
Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI agents on the FICO Platform, creating solutions that autonomously execute complex financial processes, enhance decision intelligence, and deliver superior user experiences.
Identify high-value use cases for agent implementation across financial services, prioritizing opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes for our customers.
Define clear product requirements and success metrics for agent capabilities, ensuring alignment with market needs and FICO's strategic objectives.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver compelling agent solutions that meet customer expectations.
Create product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that articulate the unique value proposition of FICO's agent-based solutions to customers and partners.
Establish agent governance frameworks and best practices that ensure responsible, compliant, and ethical deployment of autonomous AI capabilities.
Analyze competitive offerings and market trends to maintain FICO's leadership position in AI-powered decision intelligence solutions.
Drive product adoption through customer engagement, pilot programs, and success measurement to demonstrate business impact.
Communicate effectively to high-level stakeholders internally and externally.
Represent FICO as a thought leader in Agentic AI by engaging with industry analysts, participating in executive forums and speaking at influential events.
What We’re Seeking
8-12 years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise software, AI/ML solutions, or platform products.
Strong track record of leading successful product initiatives that leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling product offerings with clear market differentiation.
Experience working with AI technologies, preferably with knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, or conversational AI applications.
Understanding of financial services use cases, workflows, and customer needs, particularly in areas like risk assessment, fraud detection, or credit decisioning.
Strong business acumen with ability to build business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for innovative products.
Exceptional communication skills with a talent for making complex technologies accessible to business stakeholders.
MS in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $140,000 to $220,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
