Job Description:

The RTR Accountant will support the Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting. This role includes assisting in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and providing support to senior accountants and finance teams lead or stakeholder in achieving operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes.
• Participate in kinds of finance project, such as ERP migration
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR.
• Proficient with English both listening and speaking
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
