RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procuremnet operation, monitor Fuel price from ministry of commerce, maintain accurate record and provide update on cost control

• Procurement & cost analysis, Handle daily request from landside products , source and compare cost conditions from vendors before sharing to products

• Tender management, assist in preparing and managing shipment tenders, support planning and coordinate with stakeholders on volume and requirements

• Cost saving initiatives, support to update on PPM projects and check on information

• Warehouse operation: sourcing for warehouse service supplies including security, cleaners, pest control and equipment including pallets (wooden & paper), MHE including forklifts, nestatiners, CCTV, and other operational needed at warehouse

• Maintenance & facility management, coordinate with internal warehouse team and external vendors to ensure availability, schedule and smooth activities at warehouse

• Ad-hoc operation support: handle operational request including seal, LED lighting, floor painting, equipment repairs etc

End results

• Deliver efficient procurement process with timely sourcing and supplier selection  

• Ensure smooth operation with internal and external vendors

• Follow procurement sourcing steps

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in related field to supply chain

Experience:

• Have at least 1-2 years Experience in procurement or sourcing activities

• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently

• Good in English for daily communications (Both Writing and Speaking)

• Good at MS office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
