What You'll Bring:

  • 10-15 years of experience managing demand gen, customer acquisition or awareness marketing programs
  • A strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy and omnichannel activations, with a background in campaign development and execution
  • Ability to operate as a proactive, self-motivated team manager, as well as individual and collaborative team member, who takes accountability and ownership
  • Previous experience managing direct reports
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently with strong attention to detail and a focus on results
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across a large and complex matrixed business environment
  • Proven track record of marketing program/project management, prioritization, critical problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Impact You'll Make:

As the Manager of Campaign Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving marketing program orchestration. This role will provide leadership and direction to the campaign manager pod, as well as serve in a campaign manager capacity. You will be responsible for holding pen to paper on campaign plans, executing campaign strategy, managing audiences and providing support to a team of stakeholder-facing marketing business partners. 

The Manager of Campaign Management role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has direct experience managing associates, has strong project or program management skills, has ideally worked across multiple marketing disciplines and can contribute to the organization’s overall growth objectives. This role requires the ability to be flexible, proactively navigate cross-functionally and standardize approaches and processes.

  • Develop and implement a consistent campaign plan structure that clearly articulates business priorities/vision, marketing goals and objectives and tactical elements
  • Identify opportunities to drive team performance, coach and develop direct reports and manage workload
  • Identify, implement and standardize approaches across the campaign management team related to documentation, processes and communication across the organization for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of integrated campaigns that drive results to pipeline
  • Serve as the team’s primary point of contact on campaign priorities, team responsibilities and resources, and campaign timing
  • Partner with channel leads and marketing analytics to understand campaign performance data, recommend improvements and compile reporting for Marketing Business Partners to communicate with stakeholders
  • Manage campaigns within budget guidelines and deadlines in partnership with Marketing Business Partners
  • Participate in marketing strategy planning sessions, campaign kickoffs, monthly and/or quarterly business reviews and other meetings as required
  • Manage and standardize the process of defining and creating list builds, target account lists and dynamic audience segments in collaboration with the marketing email automation team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
