As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting and improving the user experience across multiple product areas. You will be responsible for executing design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs, working and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work will contribute to feature roadmaps, design processes, and user research, helping to create high-quality, scalable design solutions. You will work closely with UX designers, UI developers, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development process.

 

What will I be doing?

• Design and deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, ensuring usability, consistency, and accessibility
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and solve design challenges
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for product features
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Help to prioritize features based on user research and data
• Develop and maintain design system components to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 & 2.2
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate closely with development teams, ensuring priorities are aligned

 

What skills do I need?                                                                                  

• 2-5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate design choices
• Ability to justify design decisions using research insights, business needs, and technical feasibility
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 & 2.2) and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating design ideas clearly

Not required but considered a big plus

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS, learning apps, or platform environment
• Exposure to AI-driven design, personalization strategies, or analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with engineers
• Experience in facilitating workshops and cross-functional design sessions
