What this role involves:

• Make corrections as needed after verifying delivery notices and pick-up slips from clients and distribution agents

• Process returns and issue credits to customers

• Justify shortages in the Oracle system

• Enter shipping clerks’ route sheets

• Prepare documents for product shipments

• Invoice cheese and recovered cardboard boxes

• Keep the trailer loading schedule up to date

• Manage office supplies and stationery inventory

• Prepare purchase orders and/or requisitions for invoice payments

• Process pending documents

• Complete the daily milk production sheet

• File and distribute various documents such as pick-up slips, transport requisitions, etc.

• Perform other related tasks

What you need to join our team:

• Availability to work day and evening shifts

• College diploma in administration or equivalent training

• Comfortable working with computers

• Strong knowledge of Oracle and Excel

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative

• Ability to work under pressure, integrity, good judgment, and interpersonal skills

• Eligibility to work in Canada
