We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Global Development Communications Operations, to be in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Spring House, PA. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be on site three days a week.
Purpose:
The Manager, GD Communications Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, coordination, and operational delivery of Global Development (GD) communications activities within the Business Growth, Innovation and Advocacy (BGIA) team.
This role partners with the Director, Global Development Strategy and Operations, the Sr. Director, GD Strategy & Operations, the VP, GD Bus Ops and Partnerships, and communications partners across GD to support the timely and effective delivery of communications that advance GD goals, strengthen culture, and reinforce key ways of working.
The Manager oversees core communications operations, including management of the GD communications calendar, distribution lists, Home postings, SharePoint sites, newsletter article submissions, calendar invitations, town hall and meeting logistics, content preparation, approvals coordination, and follow-up on key deliverables.
This role also serves as a liaison to the Home team and an operational resource for the GD Communications Council, helping maintain communications templates, processes, standards, and channel governance to support consistent messaging across the organization.
The Manager supports the execution of key organizational communications and employee engagement activities, including town halls, Senior Manager forums, leadership meetings, newsletters, and people leader communications. Working closely with stakeholders across GD, this individual coordinates communications deliverables and logistics to help ensure employees receive clear, timely, and consistent information across channels.
The Manager will also support the development, tracking, and reporting of communications metrics and key performance indicators, including quarterly communications KPIs, to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness across GD communications. The role provides additional support to the Director, Global Development Strategy and Operations as needed.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
