As a Program Manager III, you will lead the implementation, coordination and ongoing success of key programs that advance operational excellence and improve patient access to care. In this role, you will develop and enhance processes, systems and procedures that promote efficiency, drive program outcomes and support organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted liaison between internal departments and community organizations, foster meaningful partnerships and provide guidance and mentorship to team members while contributing to budget planning and program strategy.
This position is dedicated to expanding access to cancer screenings for underserved communities. Success in this role requires strong organizational and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to confidently present clinical information to diverse audiences. You will collaborate with community partners to develop outreach opportunities, strengthen engagement efforts and connect individuals with valuable screening resources. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional documentation skills, the ability to work independently and the flexibility and creativity to build lasting partnerships that make a meaningful impact.
A caregiver in this position works full-time| days| 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience
OR Master’s degree and four years of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
