As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
- Manage contract agreements and ensure effective contract management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
- Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of service delivery operations.
- Experience in contract management and shared service coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Additional Information:

Summary: As an Application Lead for Microsoft Intune, you will be responsible for managing Android, iOS/iPadOS & Handheld devices from Intune platform, You will also be responsible for Security, Compliance management, app protection policies & Kiosk Profiles management. Good knowledge on LoB applications, Azure AD App Proxy, NDES, MS Tunnel will be much required to perform overall management off MS Intune solution. You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the effort to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end-users for applications and systems, resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Android, iOS/iPadOS, Rugged devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for application support, leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
- Primarily ownership of the MDM ticket queue, providing L2,3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems with respect to MDM. Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions.
- Expertise in managing iOS and Android updates
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with WorkspaceOne, SOTI MobiControl, JAMF.
- Experience in providing technical support to end-users for MDM related queries and concerns.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to Microsoft Intune. Understanding and managing and configuring the Intune connector, NDES servers, Azure AD App Proxy, MS Tunnel.
- Configuration and Management of Various types of Profiles such Wi-Fi, SCEP Device restriction Profile in Intune for Android and iOS/iPadOS.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
