About the Role

The Marketing Producer at ikhlas.com is responsible for leading the production and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Umrah, Muslim-friendly travel, and Islamic lifestyle offerings.

This role bridges strategy, creative, and performance — ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly across digital platforms, offline channels, and on-ground activations while maintaining brand trust, Shariah-compliant messaging, and safety assurance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Production & Launch Management

  • Lead end-to-end production of marketing campaigns (Umrah campaigns, school holiday travel, Ramadan Promotions, etc

  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable production plans with clear timelines and deliverables.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Performance, Creative, Social, CRM, Sales).

  • Ensure all assets are delivered on time across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, website, and OOH.

2. Content & Shoot Management

  • Plan and oversee video productions (testimonial videos, Umrah guides, safety content, travel reels).

  • Manage shoots locally and overseas (e.g., Saudi, Turkiye, Japan).

  • Brief production houses, editors, designers, and copywriters.

  • Ensure content aligns with Islamic values, brand tone, and safety reassurance messaging.

3. Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and media vendors.

  • Prepare and control campaign production budgets.

  • Negotiate costs while maintaining quality standards.

4. Trust & Safety Messaging

  • Ensure campaigns incorporate safety cues, especially for destinations with geopolitical sensitivities.

  • Align messaging with crisis communication guidelines when necessary.

  • Work closely with Customer Experience to reflect real customer insights in campaign materials.

5. Performance Alignment

  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to produce creatives optimized for conversion.

  • Participate in creative testing cycles (A/B testing of videos, hooks, thumbnails).

  • Support post-campaign reporting and optimization insights.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–6 years in marketing production, campaign management, or content production.

  • Experience in travel, Umrah/Hajj, or e-commerce is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record managing integrated digital campaigns.

Skills

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Experience managing video production and digital content pipelines.

  • Budget management experience.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven creative.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal business (peak Ramadan & school holidays).
