Workday Student Consultant 

Position Overview 

As a forward-thinking organization, we are shaping the future of higher education and are actively seeking talented individuals with experience in Workday for exciting opportunities within our team. Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in college or university administration, particularly as a Registrar, Director of Admissions and Records, or consultant proficient in Workday Student module, Workflow, and document management? Responsibilities: 

  • Provide Workday implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support. 
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Workday functionalities to enhance efficiency. 
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 5-7 years of experience working directly with the Workday Student module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student consultant. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Workday to improve and automate business processes within the Registrar, Admissions, or Records office. 
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach. 
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience developing reports for student areas utilizing Workday. 
  • Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team. 
  • Thorough knowledge of relational databases. 
  • Ability to read and write SQL queries. 
  • Workday Student Certification

Compensation & Benefits 

Our compensation package consists of salary, annual bonus, and retirement benefits.  The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000 depending on individual skills and experience.

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
