Job Description:

  • Conduct regular team meetings and serve as Agile Project Manager for bi-weekly team sprints.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Merkury; Advise marketing brand managers, media planners/buyers, and publishing partners on best practices for analyzing and refining target audience segmentation using Merkury to achieve goals;
  • Provide service and product support to users.
  • Facilitate timely delivery of a marketer’s target audience(s) to external adtech/martech partner technologies, confirm successful delivery with the marketer and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify and report any issues relating to platform user-experience or audience syndication and work with developers conduct tests and troubleshoot.
  • Manage data transfers between client/partner repositories Merkury, ensuring data meets technical specifications and complies with company data security policies.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for support team operations identify compliance gaps, perform data hygiene, surface key findings and business intelligence, and identify inefficiencies.
  • Publish and maintain product documentation to increase usability and adoption.
  • Capture technical requirements for product enhancements and feature requests, document in JIRA, and advocate on behalf of end-users.

Must have the following skills and experience to perform the above-mentioned tasks:

  • Experience in the marketing industry with audience research and strategy, media-buying and planning, marketing and advertising technology, media reporting, and audience insights.
  • Experience working with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) data in accordance with applicable laws, corporate policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with adtech/martech platforms including Meta Ads, The Trade Desk, X/Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Google DV360, Google Ad Manager, Yahoo Ads, Index Exchange, Magnite, LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager, Xandr Invest, Experian, Freewheel, Open X, Clinch, Snowflake, and Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience using command line interface tools (CLI), creating RESTful API requests via Postman, and executing database queries in SQL.
  • Experience with Agile methodology for software development and JIRA.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Zendesk and SFTP; and Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Market Research Analyst or related occupation.

The annual salary range for this position is $122,824-$152,662/year . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
