Job Description Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, contributing to attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across different business functions. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate management, and employer branding initiatives.

  • The position partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure efficient processes while delivering a positive candidate experience.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate, technical, and operational positions.

  • Post and maintain job openings across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems).

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Assist in employer branding activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media initiatives.

  • Support reporting activities and tracking of recruitment metrics.

  • Provide support in onboarding activities and additional Talent Acquisition projects as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Active student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year remaining before graduation (mandatory).

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.

  • Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR processes.
