The Energy Programs Coordinator is a supervisory position for the energy programs administered by Energy Services. This position is responsible for ensuring daily operations and administrative and compliance functions of energy program management are effectively aligned with available program funding and resources to optimize processes and workflows from initial client contact through the final phase of client service delivery.
The position provides direct supervision and oversight of program staff to deliver program operational components and provide management of resources towards fulfillment of work plan goals. The position may attend regularly scheduled and ad hoc Energy Council meetings, regularly scheduled and ad hoc department meetings and may support The Opportunity Alliance by serving on ad hoc, standing and other working committees.
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hours/week position.
M-F, regular business hours.
Location: South Portland, ME. This position will be fully onsite, in person supporting the office flow.
