We will count on you to:

  • Utilize detailed risk expertise to evaluate client risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs within the senior living and long-term care sectors.

  • Monitor client retention and contribute to generating new business opportunities through strategic engagement and industry knowledge.

  • Serve as a primary client contact, responding to complex client inquiries and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

  • Support the growth and retention strategy for the account team, helping to implement initiatives that drive client satisfaction and business expansion.

  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, ensuring compliance with all professional, transparency, and regulatory standards.

  • Engage with industry associations and participate in Marsh-hosted events such as the Senior Living & LTC Annual Risk Summit, forums, and webinars to stay connected and bring value to clients.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in risk analysis, client relationship management, or insurance solutions within the senior living, long-term care, or related industries.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and loss data.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and internal teams at various levels.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices relevant to senior living and long-term care.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate complex logistics effectively.

What makes you stand out:

  • Demonstrated leadership in client service or risk management roles within the senior living or long-term care sectors.

  • Experience in developing innovative risk mitigation strategies tailored to this industry.

  • Active participation in relevant industry associations such as AALNA, AHCA/NCAL, Argentum, ASHRM, or LeadingAge.

  • A track record of building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

  • Proven ability to leverage Marsh’s industry forums and networking opportunities to enhance client engagement and knowledge sharing.

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients, and communities.

  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
