Main Purpose:

Take full control of 3rd Floor Reception providing excellent service to our internal/external customers by showing professionalism, proactivity and dynamism and complying with the specified responsibilities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-    Reception, Secretarial or hospitality studies.

-    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Reception, Secretarial or Office Management positions.

-    Excellent customer service focus.

-    Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team.

-    Ability to work with different tasks at the same time.

-    Excellent organization skills.

-    Languages: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or more).

Key Responsibilities

-    Answering, forwarding, and taking messages for switchboard phone calls.

-    Welcoming visitors, guests, vendors, and candidates.

-    Keep the 3rd floor Reception area well organized, clean, and tidy at all times.

-    Travel management

-    Taxi/Remise coordination.

-    Receive, organize, register, and send correspondence in coordination with national/international courier vendors.

-    Coordinate internal visits from abroad – flights and hotel booking

-    Meeting rooms booking and catering coordination

-    Create purchase orders for services under Reception Team´s responsibility.

-    Coordinate with employees and vendor the printing of business cards.

-    Administrative tasks in general
