Who we are looking for
We are looking for a talented and proactive UX Designer to join our Digital team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in defining and executing user experiences and information architecture for a high-impact stack migration project. This initiative spans multiple Latin American markets and involves close collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs that align with the client’s global brand identity.

What you’ll do

UX Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct user research, benchmarks, competitor analysis, and usability audits to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate business and user requirements into actionable, user-centered design solutions.

Experience Design and Information Architecture:

  • Create user flows, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes for responsive web platforms.
  • Define logical information architecture, navigation, and interaction designs tailored to each Latin American market.

Brand Alignment and Asset Creation:

  • Ensure all design proposals align with the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Engage in strategic conversations with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, After-Sales, and more.
  • Present, defend, and justify design proposals clearly and persuasively, incorporating feedback and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to align visions and achieve consensus.

Iteration and Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and metric analysis to validate design hypotheses.
  • Propose iterative improvements based on insights and testing outcomes.

What you’ll need

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio in complex website design, information architecture, and/or platform migration projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, Information Architecture, Usability, Nielsen's Heuristics, and agile methodologies like Scrum.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.

Languages:

  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, align visions, and manage expectations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
