As part of our expansion in Copilot, Power Platform, and Modern Workplace, we are looking for a Senior Analyst who combines change management, automation, and technical understanding to drive impactful business transformation.  

As a Copilot & Automation Adoption Senior Analyst, you will support end-to-end AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives, combining change management with hands-on technical capabilities across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. 

You will work closely with business and technical teams to bridge functional needs with technology solutions, contributing to the design and adoption of automation workflows, Copilot use cases, and digital workplace solutions. 

• Contribute to the design of Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) aligned to business scenarios. 
• Support integration of Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) into daily workflows. 
• Collaborate in identifying automation opportunities and translating them into scalable solutions. 
• Assist in defining technical-functional use cases combining AI, workflows, and productivity tools. 
• Participate in solution discussions involving data, processes, and user experience improvement.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Support design and execution of Copilot adoption and change management initiatives.  
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate and/or Power Platform.  
• Contribute to development of low-code solutions (apps, workflows, integrations).  
• Facilitate training sessions, demos, and enablement activities on O365 and Power Platform tools.  
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical-functional solutions.  
• Track adoption metrics and support continuous improvement through data and usage insights.

Key Skills & Experience 
Core Requirements 

• 4 years of experience in Change management, adoption, digital transformation. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps – as developer.  
• Experience in supporting technical-functional initiatives or solution delivery.  
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.  
• Translating business needs into practical technical solutions. 

Nice to Have 

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven productivity tools.  
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.  
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).  
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or connectors within Microsoft ecosystem.  
• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
