About the Role

Efficiently and effectively handle all new application, renewal and all type of policy alterations of group or individual medical policy

Responsibilities:

  • Handle new & renewal policy administration and policy alteration, and billing within Company service standard
  • Act in accordance with the internal operation manual or guideline and conform to regulatory compliance
  • Handle and answer inquiries from internal staff and business partners
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with minimum 2 years prior experience in group medical policy administration
  • Basic medical insurance product and policy administration knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills, Word and Excel a must
  • Data entry skills including Chinese typing
  • Good customer servicing skills
  • Be able to attend to details
  • Good teamwork and supportive attitude

  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
