The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally. Goal: Maximize opportunities to win large strategic projects in EMS and maintain customer satisfaction at ZOLL accounts.

Job Description:

  • Plan, manage and coordinate EMS projects accounts with one of the following two criterium:
  • the size of 50 ambulances or more (driven by the size of the business potential)
  • Strategic accounts that might help spark other accounts in the territory (driven by the strategic value of the project and potential influential impact).

  • Coordinate a total solution offering with focus on ZOLL’s differentiators (HQCPR, debriefing, as well as other ZOLL’s products such as ventilators, Data, etc...)
  • The employee should be accountable for driving elements of the project connected to other parts of the business units at ZOLL such as: the clinical team; the marketing teams; product management; Sales Engineering; deployment and code data team
  • Should be accountable for close communication with the above teams to be effective and solutions oriented in accordance with any challenges ahead. 
  • Team support where needed in terms of driving accounts towards ZOLL in terms of solutions selling rather than device focus.
  • Timeline of communications with BPMs to discuss progress / next steps (weekly / Bi-weekly)
  • Accountability / follow up on challenges, milestones, and planning.
  • ZOLL specific group development appropriate for the region, involving other divisions when applicable such as Hospital, Public Safety, also introducing other products such as Ventilators and Data. Such meetings to be held monthly or quarterly at a minimum.

Profile of the suitable candidate:

  • A highly experienced in capital sales.
  • Leadership skills: including large projects management, strategic / conceptual selling.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Distribution Manager.
  • Broad experience in sales and/or distributor management level in an internationally operating company
  • Proven track records in sales and distribution management within medical devices
  • Experience in working with multiple nationalities and cultures.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Willing to commit to high amounts of travel within Europe
