The Business Operations Associate team is responsible for supporting the Sales team within Arrow. The Business Operations Analyst is a crucial element to ensuring the data is accurate and the process is running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts.
• Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy.
• Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate.
• Approve Purchase Orders
• Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier.
• Solved any rejections and worked with the returns.
• Provide status to the sales team or the customer.
• Review Backlog report to make sure all the PO are being addressed.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of Experience with Operations and Customer Service.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel
• ERP/CRM Experience
• Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent)

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Preferred)

• Oracle or Salesforce Experience
• Purchase experience (PO placement, tracking, backlog management).
