What you bring to SBHG:
Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required.
(5) years of experience in the mental health field, providing direct clinical care, are required.
(2) years of leadership experience preferred.
Experience providing services to youth and families
Experience working with county mental health, child welfare, or juvenile probation systems and services is highly desired.
Licensed as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW required, plus two (2) years post-licensure experience and ability to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates.
Valid Driver’s License required.
How you will make a difference:
Hire and train staff to provide services to adolescents and transitional-age youth with varying degrees of social and emotional needs, functional impairments, resources, and support.
Provides ongoing training, support, supervision, and evaluation of team members’ performance.
Ensures adherence to BBS requirements when providing clinical supervision to appropriate intern/associate staff.
Provides coaching, training, and supervision to mental health clinicians. Reviews documentation and completes required documentation by regulatory bodies.
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with other county agencies, health care facilities, cultural centers, placement centers, and other resources necessary to affect the continuum of care for clients in the community.
Reviews and approves all clinical documentation in and outside the electronic medical record to ensure compliance with all requirements and standards.
Attends meetings with county and community partners as needed.
