ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
9th floor is a 30-bed cardiac unit comprising of 9 coronary care beds and 21 cardiology beds caring for patients with acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, rhythm disturbances and pre and post interventional procedures.

In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a registered nurse at our Fitzroy campus.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering high quality comprehensive care to admitted patients
  • Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills.

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Successful completion of Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration
  • Post graduate certificate in cardiac or critical care nursing
  • 2+ years’ experience in a critical care setting
  • Proficiency in managing patients with external and epicardial pacing is essential.
  • Valid visa to work in Australia is mandatory.
