Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions that meet the organization's needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop technology architectures that align with business goals and objectives. - Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct research and make recommendations on emerging technologies. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes, AWS Architecture, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of technology architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements. - Knowledge of security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. - Ability to evaluate and select hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in designing and developing technology architectures. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. - Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with technology projects. - Proficiency in project management methodologies. - Experience in conducting research and making recommendations on technology solutions. - Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. - Experience in data modeling and database design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
