Position Summary

1. Maximize sales by strengthening business offerings through technological or sales cooperation with partners.
2. Maximize the efficiency of partnership management by establishing a partner cooperation process.

Role and Responsibilities

GTM is a cross-functional group responsible for bringing product and product strategy to execute in the market, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, sales and customer.

 

Responsibilities

·         Developing channels’ product competitive analysis, identify unique value proposition

·         Working with finance and leadership team to manage budget allocated for GTM activities, including promotions and sale events and ensure cost-effectiveness including both traditional sales channel and also modern trade

·         P&L responsibility for the categories with a direct control over the annual marketing budget

·         Ensure operational excellence through input into business management as well as manage marketing budget

·         Develop and implement strategy to grow sales, market share and branding

·         Develop comprehensive strategy including market analysis to cover Indochina markets

·         Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

         Must have 5 years of management experience in all aspects of marketing, product management, trade/ channel marketing in related industries.

         Proven track record with high volume & reputed companies are must and experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies

         Must possess the ability to plan, organize and implement marketing projects and programs within assigned product category

         Requires the ability to disseminate market information and provide the best strategic business plan for product category

         Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets

         Stress tolerance, Drive, Strong organization skills, challenging and good problem solving skill

         Creative, Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result-oriented

         Strong business management skills, Decisive, action-oriented

         Excellent English proficiency and computer skill

         Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency
