Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Finance or a healthcare related field
Three (3) years experience extracting and preparing data for statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with reviewing charts in an Electronic Health Record.
Strong computer and analytic skills.
Experience with quality indicator specifications and methodology
Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relational and statistical databases.
Experience with various data visualization methods and tools.
Master’s degree in a technical or healthcare related field
Experience with ICD-10 codes, Stroke Registry abstraction, RedCap software.
Knowledge and experience with Statistical Process Control techniques
CPHQ, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification

Responsibilities:
Conceptualizes, designs, and develops data visualization solutions that synthesize complex data concepts into clear communications for key stakeholders and decision makers.
Manages data input from multiple platforms, and synchronizes and normalizes data to ensure consistency in analysis.
Works with analytic team to validate code and output contextually, and with visualizations.
Responds to ad-hoc requests for information from internal and external entities and acts as a professional and technical resource to researchers.
Supports reporting needs by transitioning daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables from legacy tools to new business intelligence tools.
Facilitates project meetings and discussions to exchange information contributing to effective solution development.
Performs other duties as assigned.
