Overview:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function of our ABA Therapy company. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations and engagement, and development. The HR Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and for maintaining strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the needs of the organization
  • Manage employee relations and engagement, including handling employee concerns and conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, EEO, and OSHA
  • Be willing to research new laws as the organization grows
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and concerns
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and programs
  • Flexible to take on more responsibility when needed in a rapidly growing organization
  • Partner with department heads on daily functions 
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and daily HR administrative tasks
    • Employee Records Management
    • Monitor a full employee life cycle
    • Data Entry and Reporting
  • Manage a diverse group of team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP
  • 3 years in a leadership role
