Sr. Brand Manager – Light the World Giving Machine Initiative
We are looking for a great person to join the Boncom team as a Sr. Brand Manager responsible for managing several client accounts. Specifically, we are looking for someone with experience and desire to handle brand activations and operational logistics for our Light the World Giving Machine charitable drive.
This important role focuses predominately on ensuring overall client satisfaction. On a daily basis you are working with our clients and individuals and teams across the agency to ensure work is delivered on time, on scope and on budget. To do this you will oversee the strategic approach to the client contract and campaign. You will be a liaison between the client and the agency. You will work to make sure the account is profitable, and that Boncom’s people and resources are allocated and managed effectively and efficiently.

You are an ideal fit if you’ve already got 3-5 years of experience in account management or project management at an advertising agency, events company or fast-paced corporate company. If you are an extremely organized and detailed communicator with excellent presentation skills who is comfortable working in a busy agency juggling several clients, then this could be a great job for you.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
Advertising agency experience
3-5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
Accomplished project manager who is extremely organized, efficient, and detailed
Highly effective communicator with excellent diplomacy, presentation, and persuasion skills
Comfortable navigating the complexities of a busy agency with a variety of clients
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with event coordination, planning, and implementation
Experience with outdoor and indoor activations
Experience building training materials
Experience overseeing volunteer coordination
Experience in digital marketing and media
Experience managing budgets
Experience managing a team
Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills
Creative problem solver who is resourceful, proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated
Responsibilities of this role:
Overseeing a seasonal initiative with full year planning and coordination with multiple clients and local partners
Stay focused on the client’s objectives and the steps needed to accomplish them.
Maintains a working relationship and establishes a high level of trust with counterpart(s) in the client’s organization.
Communicates clearly and effectively about expectations, plans, deliverables, and changes with the client and internal teams.
Manages project budgets
Anticipates problems, surfaces them and resolves issues, especially in regard to strategy, budget, and resource allocation.
Keeps team apprised of all relevant client and market/industry developments.
Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve the campaign YOY.
