職務内容

PDx部門において、日常的なバックオフィス業務全般を担い、部門運営が円滑に進むようサポートしていただきます。
各担当者や関連部門と連携しながら、総務・EHS・営業車両管理などの業務を通じて、メンバーが本来の業務に集中できる環境づくりを支える役割です。

Job Description

① 総務関連業務

• FAXの受信・確認
• グループアドレス管理
• Worldwideオフィスオペレーション関連サポート
• JCBタクシーチケットの管理
• 新人研修（営業以外含む）のスケジュール管理
• 郵送物の確認および転送対応
• 医療機器営業部の書類作成、受注手配、管理他サポート

② EHS（環境・安全・衛生）関連業務

• EHS安全衛生委員会（月1回）への参加
• EHS関連データの管理・集計
• レポート作成
• 営業部門への注意喚起・周知サポート

③ 営業車両管理

• 営業車両に関する管理業務のサポート
