Director, Enterprise Performance (FP&A)
Leads enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management to give leadership a clear, forward-looking view of earnings, cash flow, and returns. Drives consistent, decision-ready analysis (vs. retrospective reporting), strengthens FP&A governance and standards, and develops FP&A talent to elevate performance management and scenario-based decision support across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise performance management across segments and corporate functions, including operating plan execution, forecasting cadence, and outlook updates.
  • Translate strategy into financial targets, KPIs, and analytical frameworks; deliver a consolidated view of drivers, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly forecasts (P&L, cash flow, working capital) and variance management, emphasizing root cause and structural vs. timing impacts.
  • Drive scenarios, sensitivities, and stress tests; ensure forecasts are driver-based with clear accountability and action plans.
  • Provide executive-level decision support on growth, cost structure, capital allocation, and portfolio optimization; lead business cases and long-range planning.
  • Set and enforce FP&A standards (process, methodology, outputs), simplifying reporting to improve speed, clarity, and comparability.
  • Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Accounting, Treasury, enablement teams) to align actuals, forecasts, and analytics and strengthen end-to-end controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A teams; build succession and a culture of rigor, accountability, and impact.
  • Champion modernization through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled insights—reducing manual work and increasing forward-looking analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A / enterprise performance / strategic finance experience in a complex organization.
  • Proven people leadership and strong executive communication; deep expertise in forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
