How We Work? 
We love to work together and collaborate in our teams, which is why we opted for a hybrid model, allowing us to work from the office 2-3 times per week. 
 

Mission and Goals

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be working in a team comprising of engineers, working on distinct projects. Proficiency, or very good exposure to at least one programming language would help here.

Objectives

• Good understanding of data structures, and algorithms.

• Good understanding of design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Develop automation suites for products owned by the team.
• Develop internal tools, and utilities to help facilitate quick, and quality product deliverables.
• Debug, analyze, and fix issues in test scripts, and/or product code.
• Closely work with feature development engineers to ensure automation suite will be up and running.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time
• Perform black box tests when required.

Competencies

• B.E / B.Tech in computer science/ Engineering or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Working knowledge on Python, Automation knowledge with Selenium Framework & Ranorex 

• Any of the Scripting /Automation framework (Selenium)

• Any working knowledge on performance measurement tool is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of Data Structures, Oops concept and Design patterns.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have ability to debug and root cause issue.

• Create Design and related documents for development activity.

• Passionate about delivering end-to-end customer centric deliverables.

• Attention to details, continuous learning, and improvement.
