Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of ground operations projects across AOCs, ensuring consistency and compliance with SOPs.

  • Assist in coordinating continuous improvement initiatives in ground services operations.

  • Monitor and track station performance against established KPIs (safety, on-time performance, NPS, etc.).

  • Provide support in maintaining an organized and updated repository for AOCs systems and procedures.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including ground handlers and internal departments, to ensure smooth and safe operations.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring optimal use of resources within the approved cost framework.

  • Contribute to station improvement programs and support implementation of best practices.

  • Participate in digital and operational projects, including UAT, reporting, and process enhancements.
     

Your Traits

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational data into insights.

  • Good understanding of airport ground operations, including ramp and terminal processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of safety standards, SMS implementation, and compliance with international ground handling regulations.

  • Proficiency in relevant ground operations systems (e.g., Navitaire SkySpeed, SkyPort).
     

Your Merits

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ground operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

  • Hands-on experience in terminal and ramp operations.

  • Certification in Dangerous Goods and Weight & Balance is preferred.

  • Exposure to digital transformation projects or process improvement (Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage).
