What you will do

In this role, you support the successful delivery of small to medium-sized projects, including equipment-only and non-turnkey projects. You work within established processes and operational frameworks, while bringing a proactive and solution-focused approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

You will:

  • Support the coordination and administration of warranty-related project activities
  • Help manage project tasks from initiation through to completion, following defined processes and quality standards
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to support timely, accurate, and effective project delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for warranty and project-related communication, helping build strong and trusted relationships
  • Track actions, maintain documentation, and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Help resolve routine issues using established procedures, escalating more complex matters when needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions to solve problems and keep activities moving forward
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, checking understanding, and supporting responsive service
  • Support the delivery of work in line with operational, quality, and business requirements

We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute, learn, and grow in a structured project environment. You do not need to meet every preference to apply. If your experience is a strong match for the core responsibilities, we would like to hear from you.

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting project coordination, project administration, warranty processes, or similar operational activities
  • A clear and confident communication style in both spoken and written interactions
  • The ability to organise tasks, manage documentation, and follow structured processes with attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams and customers
  • The ability to solve routine problems using established procedures and know when to seek support
  • Good planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience
