The Opportunity 

"We are seeking a highly organized and creatively-driven individual to join our marketing or sales enablement team as a Creative Designer, Sales Content Templating. In this unique role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw sales information into visually engaging and brand-consistent templates for direct use by our sales force. You will be the bridge between complex data and compelling customer presentations, ensuring our sales team has the tools they need to communicate effectively and win deals." - Director, Creative Designer 

What You’ll Contribute

  • Design and Develop Templates: Create a comprehensive suite of visually appealing and user-friendly templates for various sales content, including but not limited to Sales presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote), Customer proposals, One-pagers and data sheets, Case studies, Email templates (with visual elements),Internal sales enablement materials
  • Content Integration Efficiently and accurately translate raw sales information, data, product features, benefits, and messaging into designated template formats. This includes text, charts, graphs, images, and other multimedia elements.
  • Brand Guardianship Ensure all templated content adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all sales collateral.
  • User-Centric Design templates with the end-user (sales team) in mind, ensuring ease of use, adaptability, and clear instructions for content population.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and content teams to understand their needs, gather content, and incorporate feedback into template designs.
  • Organize and maintain a library of sales content templates, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for the sales team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing templates, streamline content integration processes, and enhance the overall visual effectiveness of sales materials.
  • Troubleshoot design and formatting issues within templates and provide guidance to sales users as needed.

What We’re Seeking  

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in design software: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote). Experience with other design tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in sales enablement or creating content for sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content management systems is a bonus.
